Martin has had six solo exhibitions as well as exhibiting in numerous group shows where she has received awards for her work. Her work seeks to capture the essence of her subject matter in a variety of mediums however watercolour is her preferred medium.

Through extensive travel Martin has developed a love of landscape painting and coastal scenes. She has

strong ties to Lakes Entrance with a second studio on the lake. Her costal paintings interpret the light on the water

however her landscapes, in particular the aerial views, are often more abstracted.

Martin was invited to exhibit in the Third Invitational Exhibition of Contemporary International Watermedia Masters, at the Jiangsu Province Art Museum Gallery in Nanjing China in October 2012.
